This is a possible "ok file system" for Konilo (and maybe ilo more generally). Not as rich as V4 or amene, but should be a lot easier to implement and work with.

- not a big, professional file system - flat namespace, no subdirectories - one open volume at a time - one open file at a time - one superblock, followed by directory records, then data blocks - 32 character file names (case sensitive, unique) - fixed size extents on disk - files have an apparent size that's separate from the actual reserved space - operate using the shared konilo block buffer
0 - magic 1 - format version 2 - physical baseblock 3 - region blocks 4 - file slots 5 - max file cells 7 - extant blocks 8 - physical first data block
0 - live [1], free [other] 1 - apparent file size 2 - name length 3-34 - name characters 35 - reserved, zero
blocks for each file slot starts at: first data bock + (slot x extant blocks)
